Cardiff based Head of Wales Office Rhian Williams, a first language Welsh speaker, holds a Law and French honours degree from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. She taught for three years in the primary sector in Cardiff before moving to join Morgan Allen Moore. Rhian heads the company’s research team and has a wealth of knowledge of Welsh Assembly activity and developments in all area of devolved responsibility.
In addition to maintaining and developing the tailored, professional monitoring and research service to clients, Rhian manages a number of accounts in healthcare, retail, media and the voluntary sector. The activity of the Morgan Allen Moore new business team is co-ordinated by Rhian.
